Vendors Mix It Up in Alliance

Four independently owned and operated companies dedicated to providing optimum solutions for fluids mixing & blending applications have formed an alliance called MixingSolutionsHere.

The four firms are Bematek, Beverly, Mass.; JDMix, Redondo Beach, Calif.; Roplan, Madison, Wis.; and Sharpe Mixers, Seattle, Wash. Each company brings a different point of view and scope of supply to the table. All four firms offer process-engineered and value-added services and products. Together, MixingSolutionsHere provides the engineering and equipment for complete systems technology, from lab scale to pilot plants to production.

Bematek provides in-line mechanical mixing, blending and milling equipment and systems.  Dispersion, emulsion and particle size reduction are at the roots of Bematek engineered solutions.

JDMix offers motionless in-line mixing technology. Static mixing is a popular and effective method for blending miscible fluids in a continuous process.

Roplan’s contribution is the Steridose line of sanitary magnetic drive mixers and bottom outlet valves. Cleanability is key to Roplan’s high-end mechanical seal and sanitary process equipment engineering and manufacturing.

Sharpe Mixers serves up complete process and mechanical engineered solutions for fluid agitation applications. Agitation technology has both broad applicability – for the pharmaceutical and biotech, food and beverage, cosmetics and personal care products, chemical process and other industries – and the flexibility of being customizable to meet specific customer needs.
