Girish Malhotra, PE, is president of EPCOT International, Pepper Pike, Ohio, a consulting firm that specializes in improving manufacturing efficiency and asset utilization and includes a number of pharmaceutical firms among its clients.

Before founding EPCOT International, Malhotra worked in various capacities in chemical manufacturing, technology development and operations fields. From 1991-1996, he was director of corporate research and technology for Morgan Adhesives Co. Prior to that, he was with Sherwin WIlliams Co. for 18 years, serving in various engineering and management positions, the most recent of which was business development project director.
